Michelle Lou Lan originally trained as a dancer but her dancing career was cut short by an injury. Years of dancing had given Michelle deep knowledge into the mechanics of the human body, so becoming a yoga instructor seemed like a natural progression. Using what she learned from training with great masters around the world along with her knowledge of dance, Michelle has developed a yoga method that simplifies traditional yoga methods and poses that she calls MeshYoga. Michelle has taken MeshYoga all around the world, teaching classes in Shanghai, Bali, Hawaii, Hong Kong, and New York.
